Huge Donations To The Chief Minister’s Relief Fund

Several prominent persons, organisations on Tuesday gave huge donations to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to support the state government’s programmes and measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus in the State.

• Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) gave Rs 10 Crore donation to the CMRF. A Cheque in this regard was given to Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekar Rao by TSCHE Chairman Prof T Papireddy, Vice Chairman Sri R Limbadri, Vice Chairman Sri V Venkatramana, and Secretary Sri N Srinivas Rao. These five persons have individually given another Rs 2.50 Lakh to the CMRF.

• Greenco group came forward to give one lakh PPE Kits worth Rs five crore. A consent letter in this regard is given by the company’s MD Sri Anil Chalamasetty to the CM.

• Mythra Energy group came forward to give 2 Crore 50 lakh worth PPE Kits and N95 Masks. A consent letter in this regard is given by the company’s MD Sri Vikram Kailas, Director Sri Vivek Kailas to the CM.

• Telangana State Private Medical and Dental Colleges Management Association came forward to donate medical equipment worth Rs 2 crore. A consent letter in this regard is given by Association President Sri Laxmi Narasimha Rao to the CM.

• Sri Ramchandra Mission has announced a donation of Rs 1.50 crore. A Cheque in this regard is given by Sri Ramachandra Mission’s Joint Secretary Sri Vamsi Chalagulla, Dr. Sharath Kumar to the CM.

• Andhra Pradesh Gas Power Corporation gave Rs one Crore to the CMRF. A Cheque in this regard is given by MD Sri Venkateswar Reddy to the CM.
